How to pay, renew or upgrade your Minecraft server

Everything about billing happens in the client area, not in the control panel. Log in with the same account you used to order your server.

See your server and due date

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Open Services and select your server.

The service page shows your plan, its price and the date of your next payment.

Pay or renew

A new invoice is made before your server's due date. To pay it:

1. Open the invoice from the client area. You also get an email when it's ready.
2. Choose QRIS.
3. Scan the code with any Indonesian banking or e-wallet app that can scan QRIS, such as GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay or your bank's app, and finish the payment.

Once the payment is confirmed, the invoice shows as paid and your server keeps running for the next period.

Pay before the due date. If an invoice stays unpaid, the server can be suspended until it's paid. Your world isn't deleted right away, but your friends can't play while it's suspended.

Upgrade to more RAM

Server lagging, or moving to a modpack? You can add RAM at any time.

1. Open Services and select your server.
2. Choose Upgrade and pick the new amount of RAM.
3. The client area shows what you pay before you confirm. Pay the invoice with QRIS.

The upgrade is applied to your existing server. Your world, mods and files stay the same. Restart the server so it uses the new RAM.

Every plan is Rp 10.000 per GB of RAM per month, and with more RAM you also get more CPU and storage. Not sure how much you need? See How much RAM does my server need?.

Need help with a payment?

If you paid but the invoice still shows as unpaid after a while, open a support ticket in the client area or ask us on Discord. Include the invoice number and a screenshot of your payment.
